So today we headed to Pariah (a sweeeet area in Arizona which we spend many weekends exploring with our kids and trusty Xterra). Today was especially awesome because our friends the Lairs came along, too. This was going to be a BIG adventure and the drive there alone was pretty intense (4 hour drive with a few wrong turns, crazy steep sand, big rocky mountains to drive up, middle of nowhere, etc etc). WOWWW This place delivers. And I mean in a BIG way. Chhh-chhh-check it out!





Here's the deal -- we drove through deep sandy trenches, pinyon pines lining our way.. big blue skies above. All of a sudden, we end.. and we're HERE! Another planet, really. and I love it! I claim it!
